Harper’s BAZAAR Prize Package

Last week I got an email that I won the Harper’s BAZAAR Shop & Share contest for Kate Moss’s collection for Topshop!! I won this contest by creating a post on my blog and posting about it on facebook, pinterest, twitter, and instagram.

I am so excited to share what I got in my prize package because I couldn’t believe they gave me all this stuff! – plus I never win contests like this, yay !

So here we go; a list of all the items I received in my prize package:

Along with all of this, I got a BAZAAR cell phone case and portable charger, a Harper’s BAZAAR loofah set, and a cute little “BAZAAR” notepad.

Thank you Harper’s BAZAAR ! I love all of these great products and what’s even better is that all of it is stuff I probably wouldn’t buy for myself (price-wise) but I’m excited to use it ALL! I’m very pleased and still super happy that I participated in that contest for this chance to win!

Do you use any of these products? Which is your favorite?!

XOXO

Today I wanted to pass along a post I found on Harper’s BAZAAR. It was written by Kerry Pieri back in February but I just love posts like these and had to share. These are 11 things you may want to save up for and own before you turn 30. I thought it was fun to see what items I own that fall into these categories for me personally. Below are links back to the Harper’s BAZAAR post, and my own items off of this list!

I knew I wanted to wear one of three different pieces I have in my wardrobe: a new dress, my loose-knit cream sweater, or my coral skirt. So what better way to decide than to actually create my visions through Polyvore!

Here are my ideas for today:

One small step for girls, one giant leap for womankind.
  1. Download a banking app.
  2. Drink more herbal tea. It will save your life.
  3. Making your own coffee/tea instead of buying it will make you a rich woman.
  4. Always have at least 6 chap sticks stocked up.
  5. Check out thrift stores. You may have to wash things three times before you get the old lady smell out, but it’s well worth it.
  6. Never buy cheap jeans.
  7. Buy cheap sunglasses instead.
  8. Don’t chase boys.
  9. Wrinkle spray and a hair dryer erase all need to ever use an iron for all of you lazy ironers like me.
  10. Wear slippers when you have to drive in heels.
  11. Wear slippers when you’re travelling.
  12. Wear slippers at all moments that it’s even slightly acceptable to wear slippers.
  13. Spend a little extra money on your make up; it’s so worth it.

Bella Jules Spring Look Book Photoshoot

This past weekend a friend of mine who is a stylist asked me to be her assistant for a day to help her with the photo shoot for the Bella Jules spring look book at the Stirling Guest Hotel. I was so excited for it and had so much fun! Everyone was amazing; the models, hairstylist, make up artist, and photographer did fabulous and I’m so glad I got to meet all of them! It was an awesome experience and I cannot wait to see the finished product. 🙂
