Gel Luxury Slippers Review

gel luxury slippers I recently received a pair of these slippers and I really love them! They are lined with polygel, or SmartGel, that is formulated to restore, repair, and rejuvenate distressed skin on your feet. The heels of my feet are usually dry, and I don’t get pedicures as often as I’d like, so these are a great solution! How do they work? Your body heat activates and releases the botanical oils in the lining of the slippers and immediately begin to soften your feet. I felt like my feet were softer after my first time wearing the slippers.

The 7 botanical oils used are:

  • JOJOBA OIL: rebuilds nail beds and cuticles
  • GRAPE SEED OIL: improves skin cell health and tone
  • SOYBEAN OIL: evens skin tone and smoothes skin texture
  • MINERAL OIL: prevents moisture loss and softens
  • AVOCADO OIL: decreases effects of aging
  • CANOLA OIL: soothes dry, irritated skin
  • OLIVE OIL: helps stimulate skin cell growth
  • Plus: CERAMIDES: seal and protect skin

The other great part about these slippers is how CUTE they are! They come in leopard print or “cuddle cow” print. I have the cuddle cow print and they are adorable and would match with anything! I’ve been wearing them around the house and while I watch tv or relax.

Invaluable Style Challenge

Invaluable Ring

I’m so excited to share this look I created, inspired by a diamond ring from Invaluable.com! I chose to style the ring pictured on the right because I think it really represents my personal style. This ring is simple, elegant, and sophisticated which I love. I almost always wear gold jewelry and I love the light blue color of the gem. Below is my style board that I created on Polyvore. I want to thank invaluable.com for inviting me to participate in this style challenge; I had so much fun creating a look around the ring I chose!
Hope you enjoy my look 🙂

What I Wore: Outfit of the Day

Today I just loved my outfit and a few people complimented it, so I decided I’d post about it!

I wore a hot pink button down from American Eagle, a denim pencil skirt from Target cinched with a black waist belt from Nine West, and mint flats from Dollhouse.  I also had mint nails to match my flats! (These items are not the ones pictured; I recreated my outfit on polyvore.)

What I Wore: College Graduation Ceremony

Introduced by Coco Chanel in the 1920s, the LBD (Little Black Dress) is still the best dress to have in your closet for any occasion. I chose to wear mine for graduation this past Saturday and I loved it. Mine is from New York & Company (its not the one featured in my Polyvore set) and I absolutely love it. It fits perfectly and goes with everything! So here is the basic idea of what my outfit consisted of for my college graduation:

What I Wore: Graduation Commencement
Plus I made sure my nails matched! Black and gold were the colors of the day! (Our school colors are maroon and gold.)

I had a great day on Saturday and I’m so proud of myself for all the hard work I did in school. Now that it’s over, let the job hunt begin!

As requested by A.Moments, here is a photo of me in the dress I wore. Sorry, it isn’t a full body shot so it doesn’t show my shoes but they are similar to the pair in my polvore set above.

I’m also wearing a “Grad Princess” sash my friend from high school got for me! I hope this gives you an idea of what I wore even though it doesn’t show the entire outfit. It’s the best one I could find!
